"Once in the hotel room, everything was great but getting to that point was difficult. On the first night, We asked 3 different times for a rollaway bed (at check-in + called the front desk) but they never brought it. We finally gave up and created a make shift bed with the sofa cushions for our 4 year old to sleep on. When dropping the car off, the parking team stood around for 5 mins just talking to each other.
