"On arrival we were promptly told we had a free drink as part of our VIP privilege, we drank in the lovely bar area. We were given a lovely room on floor 10 overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and the bed was super comfy. Biggest TV we have ever had in a hotel. "

"This was our second stay in the Grasshopper. Room and bathroom were spotless. High quality bedding giving an excellent night's sleep.. Toiletties provided. Lots of little extras. Staff friendly and helpful. Security door staff on Duty. Downside was only teabags on inroom tray. No coffee, sugar or milk provided. Overall stay was very good and would stay here again"
