"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. It had an awesome rainfall shower which was perfect after a day out in the city. The staff were really attentive and knew everything about the area, which was a huge help. "This hotel was great. It is small like every european room. The twin beds were touching and it was a friend and myself staying but we didn't mind. The room had air conditioning which is nice because a lot don't. Supposedly they only use it in summer but we went in May and they turned it on for us because it was hot when I first got in the room. The complementary coffee after 2pm is a great touch. Didn't allow me to check in early which is understandable. They did let me use the restroom to change from my flight clothes and they held my bags for the day while I explored. All in all we had a great stay. "
