Overall hotel a bit scruffy - paint scuffed, carpets with holes in, corridors not very clean. "The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. "We had a great week in douchka with a family of 5 (boys aged 14,11 and 7). The location is great, next to the welcome station and easy for our ski school. Lovely view. I had good communication with Marc about check in. Ski in ski out, and a ski locker next to the apartment. The listing gives an accurate impression of the apartment. We had an amazing time."
