We stayed for 3 nights in a king junior suite. we are a family with a 2 and a 4 year old. Everything was pleasant and the staff went out of their way to help us with our needs and suggest day trips for our family.
also recommendations for food were excellent (ate twice at the nearby La Ferme de Alps)
Breakfast buffet was sumptuous!
Did not visit the spa as we were busy sightseeing with the kids, We visited Montreaux and Gruyere for a visit to the medievaltown, chocolate factory and cheese making factory.

A wonderful hotel with great views of the lake. The room was spacious and included everything we needed including lovely Occitane toiletries and plentiful supplies of Evian water! The staff were most helpful in all areas, polite and friendly. The spa and both pools (indoor and outside) were very pleasant and the grounds were beautifully kept. The location was convenient for the funicular to the town.
A warm welcome awaited at this beautiful hillside property, and we enjoyed our generously-sized guest and bathrooms as well as delicious dinners in the hotel's attractive dining room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would return without hesitation!
I stayed at this "hotel" because I booked a late flight to Geneva to go Skiing between christmas and new year. All the accomodation in the ski resorts were either full or very expensive. We booked this as it slept 4 and is really a block of flats with studio rooms to rent. There are no hotel services, but the rooms are clean and spacious with a small kitchen and spacious balcony. Be warned the apartments have been buit next to the railway line and trains do rumble past between 6am to 10pm. Light sleepers may be affected. This didn't bother me but lack of reception outside of 9am to 4pm did. If you want to ski Morzine is only 40 mins drive away. The town itself is small with a few restuarants and bars nearby.Overall for the price good value for money but be warned it is not a hotel.
5 minutes walk to town, pleasant friendly and helpful staff. Large room and booking room with kitchenette made stay even better. Thonon a good base for the area with range of shops, a market and restaurants.

Hotel rooms are very basic but satisfactory. Hotel pool is beautiful and seating is plentiful and modern. Adjoining restaurant is magnificent and we ate here alot!! The desserts in particular were just fabulous - in fact we couldn't fault any of the food we ordered.
Nearby you can hire a pedalo for 15euro for an hour to explore the lake which is a lovely relaxing thing to do.
I'm not sure how easy it would be to get here using public transport links but we drove from Geneva in our hired car with relative ease.
We didn't get breakfast which was automatically added onto the bill but the lady at the reception was more than accommodating in rectifying the mistake.
I was using the hotel as I was attending an exhibition in Geneva. At short notice this was about as close as I could get. Not convenient at all. However I found it a nice well run hotel in a lovely resort and would recommend it to anyone looking to spend leisure time in that area.
