Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean rooms. Convenient location as we were visiting my mother in the hospital across the road. The only reason I didn’t give 5* is because, sadly my mother passed away while we were there and the hotel wouldn’t refund us for the final night of our stay even though they knew the circumstances. Disgusting attitude. I would have thought compassion would come before anything else in this difficult situation.

The hotel and Orbitz included air conditioning as an amenity. It was 85 degrees in Granada the day of my visit. There was no air conditioning. I was told it would be cool at night to open the windows which have no screens. It was so hot I left the hotel and sought other arrangements. There was no refund I was deceived by Orbitz and the hotel and both profited on this deception. Leaving a senior citizen in a hot room after being outside in the heat is unacceptable especially when it’s expressly stated there was air conditioning. I don’t stay at places without air conditioning. Both Orbits and Hotel M. A. Princess ripped me off by theft by deception and false advertising.

Amazing staying. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, nice. The location is convenient, just a few min walking distance from train station.

Pleasant and friendly
As we were travelling to a busy city for important medical reasons we chose this hotel as it is close to the hospital. We were very comfortable and made very welcome by the hotel staff. Our room was Clean and comfortable. The main lobby beautifully dressed for Christmas. Charming.

Room is spacious with comfortable beds. Bathroom is big with excellent shower . Our room comes with balcony. It’s very relaxing after a day’s sightseeing by just sitting at the balcony. Everything is excellent except the WiFi, which is almost non- existent in the night. You just can’t connect to the internet in the night. WiFi in the daytime is ok. Hotel is conveniently located to take all transportations. Buses and metro are in the front. Renfe train is just a few blocks in the back.

Hotel Ana - Granada
The hotel Ana is in an excellent position for visiting the Alhambra and all of the other interesting sites within Granada. There are more than 8 very good restaurants within 60 metres of of the hotels front door. The excellent tram system and bus stops are right outside the door and also the train station is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is a traditional type with a long history.

Close to the railway station, within walking distance with luggage. Friendly staff and good service. A 20-25 minute walk to the centre of town and even further to the Alhambra. Very close to the Plaza de Toros and worth a visit.

Location is great, very close to centre and easy access to everywhere. Hotel has a lot of all the usual amenities and very helpful staff. A lot of reviews are very negative, but what others have said was not our experience at all.

Property easily accessed from train station on foot. Warm setting, comfortable rooms with excellent bath facilities. Very tidy. Attentive staff. Reasonable price. Several restaurants and food shops very nearby.

This is the third time my wife and I have used this hotel when have a few days in Granada. The hotel is very dated but it has a certain charm. It may not appeal to everyone, we like where it is situated in relation to the tourist attractions which are all within walking distance or it is possible to take the team which stops outside of the hotel.

Nice room.
Nice room. No ramps for luggage to reception and elevator. Parking was 15 euro per night. Iron not available which was an issue. It was 2km from Alhambra but takes 20 minutes to get there. We got lost trying to come up from parking; got trapped in the next building, if I didn't have a local SIM card we would have been trapped. There is road noise since its on a main street.

Wouldn't stay again front staff not helpful, when checking in you have to go up one flight up stairs and while me and my family were struggling the staff just watches you not lifting a finger. Hotel is outdated wouldn't stay here again

I liked the hotel. It was clean. The breakfast was not very good. Eggs were cold and breads were not fresh. I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood

Bed Bug Alert! Please stay away!
I just got back from Spain trip. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to write about this one to save other's misery. I stayed one night at this hotel last week.The photos of this hotel at Expedia.com really fooled me. It seemed they just remodeled their bathrooms but other than that, everything at this hotel seemed so old. The hotel room smelled very funny, like it's not been used over years. The bed was awful and air conditioner wasn't working so we couldn't fall asleep because it was so hot. But that's not the reason I am writing this review. The next morning I found a little bump on my thigh. It was so close to my private part, I didn't take a photo or make a formal complaint. I thought it would go away but it didn't. It got bigger and and a few days later it broke open and bled. I went to a local pharmacy and explained it, and she said it's a bug bite reaction. She prescribed a antibiotic ointment. To make a long story short, this hotel is not a 4 star hotel, not even 2 star inn. Save yourself from all this misery. Just stay away.

Visited Granada with daughter. Loved the location. Room was fine but not as we expected. The photo showed a balcony and sunny yellow spacious room and we got a small gray almost windowless room. The service was very nice and the hotel was clean. The keys didn't always work which was frustrating being on the 3rd floor especially when the elevator wasn't working! But I would stay there again any time I got the chance to be in Spain!

Close to the train station. Good sized room for family of three. Very quiet for restfull sleep. No wireless in room, lots of stairs to get to our room which could be an issue for people with big luggage pr dissabilities.

Great place for staying in Granada
I chose this hotel to be close to my niece's host family's home as we were visiting her primarily. This location is easy for taxis and buses. It is an easy walk into the Cathedral area of the city and an easy ride to the Alhambra and Abaycin neighborhoods. The staff is very helpful and the cafe for early morning coffee con leche is perfect.

A tired hotel
Pictures of hotel looked fine. Hotel is rather tired looking (bathrooms okay).Staff looked tired, too busy talking to give us much service when we arrived. Breakfast rolls, croissants, cake, were all stale. When we complained they just shrugged their shoulders. Did not seem to care whether we were happy with the service or not. Seemed like a lot of them had been there a very long time. The only one who seemed to take much care was the lady who cleaned the room.

Once the shock of seeing that the room we were staying in was completely red (curtains,spread, and walls); finding out that the extra room's sofa was not usuable; that there was no convenient place to write a note or use a computer; that we had to carry our luggage up a full flight of stairs and that there was absolutely no place to get a bite to eat, the hotel seemed nice enough. The staff was very helpful but I would not recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit the Alhambra.

Elderly styled townhotel with serviceminded staff. Location in a normaly quiet area. (But for the time beeing the nearest streets are going through heavy maintenance). Our bathroom was renovated in good size and exellent standard. Our beds was perfect. Easy to take bus or drive to several sights of interests. 20-30 minutes walk to downtown were you find The Cathedral / Bib Rambla / Bazars / Restaurants etc.

The only downside of my stay was the failure of the internet for the room. Also on one day the bathroom was not cleaned. I did report this. However, in all other aspects the Hotel was first class and the staff were wonderful, very friendly, very helpful and they spoke English! I stayed there because my husband was having a triple bypass operation at the local hospital, so it was a very traumatic time. Only other problem for me was the cost of using the restaurant - especially the expensive breakfasts!

Okay...not the best location
This hotel was adequate. The room was nice, as long as you didn't want a view! Our view was a brick wall. There was a LOT of construction going on out front which made finding the hotel a real challenge. The parking garage (which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel) was probably the smallest one I have ever utilized--and I live in Europe. There wasn't a lot of restaurants or shopping near by, however there was a bus stop right outside the hotel. Long story short, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again, I would definitely find a hotel closer to the action.
