The major drawback was the lack of security around the car park where my car was scratched. But the worst effect of that was for a long time people were screaming and fighting in the car park which was right by the accomodation units and there appeared to be no attempt to stop them or move them on.

Do not recommend the hotel, leaking tap,door that wouldn’t close without banging it then needed a few goes and then there was noise, started at 1am . Tv too loud next door. Definitely not recommended

Clean and tidy room, stayed a week, room wasn't serviced once, not sure if you had to ask for it to be done. Had painters outside our window painting at 7am, somebody using a noisy blower at 7am, and for 2 nights the big bins in the carpark were emptied by a truck at about 3am, making lots of banging and crashing, For the price it wasn't too bad.

In need or renovation/restoration; shower door handle broken, hole in wardrobe door, light globes/fittings? not working properly. No fly screens on windows to be able to have fresh air without mosquitoes. Ladies amenities throughout the complex in poor state of repair (tap handle so loose can't turn the water off without using two hands, toilet seat missing...)

A poorly run adjunct toi the poker amchine puib next door..Appalkingly uncomfortable beds that slide around away from the wall if you move in them, they also give no back support. A day later my back is still aching. There was no one to check in till we wondered through the poker machienmlounge looking for someone. had to ask for pillows and milk. Dont go near it.

Enjoyable stay with everything you need.
Friendly service and welcoming check in. Room was clean and bed was comfortable with a/c and kitchenette/ microwave. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Live band Friday & Saturday nights and good pub atmosphere/ gaming and TAB. Dinner in the restaurant was good value with a good variety of food on the menu. Nice village 3 minutes away with all shops and cafe.

The room had holes in the walls, including a large hole directly behind the bed; the bed headboard and table were broken; there were ants in the room; the shower floor wasn’t sloped properly which meant it pooled in the bottom of the shower; and some of the power points looked like they needed replacing (like the one in the bathroom). The room itself was fairly clean and the beds clean and made, the staff remade the beds during the day (although they didn’t mention this was a service or offer an opt out option). Overall it was ok to stay in but should have been properly renovated before letting someone stay there.

A little disappointed this time of stay, booking missed placed, water taps made a hammering sound and stopped running. Neighboring rooms, thin walls allowing sound the travel through over, hearing events occurring late into the night.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the courteous staff. The hotel gaming room was open until 4am and staff were happy to help guests the whole time the gaming room was open. If you dined at the hotel, you received a 20% discount as a guest.

Cute old style hotel. Rooms are basic and a little old but sparkling keen and good facilities. My room had a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. 20% off food in the bistro which was very good.

Good location close to highway for a quick stop. Staff avail until 4am in pokies room which helped for a late check in. Would have been nice to have another blanket in the room but no real problems with the facilities for the low price.

Taps in the kitchen dripped all night had to put towels in the sink to help with the noise.. cold tap didn't work at all in bathroom sink, hard to clean your teeth with boiling water, toilet seat broken, only one light blanket ....not warm enough, only one pillow and a firm bed... 3 out of 10 we stayed in no 6 don't go there

I would stay again, but they do need to get a plumber to look at all the taps as the bathroom has hammer pipes and the kitchen sink leaks and drips all night. Other than that it was great stay, comfy beds quiet A/C and no bar noise. Awesome staff Mary, the duty manager she deserves a raise :)
