Glad you would choose us for your next visit. If staying longer than 1 or 2 nights, our 1 & 2 bedroom selfcontained apartments with oceanviews would be more suitable than our hotel rooms. Cheers.

Thank you for your review. We do work hard to please everybody, but that is not always the case. The Hotel rooms are advertised as being suitable for an overnight stay, which they are. Of course if you were going to be spending significant time in your room, you would book one of our one bedroom or two bedroom apartments which are very spacious and have fabulous oceanviews and are fully selfcontained. Have taken note of drinking glasses not being acceptable and will get onto the cleaners. All our apartments are owned by separate owners, so all have different decor. We have renovated and unrenovated apartments in our block. Other guests do mess with the TVs so we will make sure we check that one out and all channels are tuned in. Glad the bed was comfortable and clean, but not so glad it was an ordinary stay for you on this occasion.

Im not sure where you stayed as all our rooms have aircon in the loungerooms,our little hotel rooms have a portable aircon and all absolutely have good fans over every bed with remotes. Would have been nice to have feedback whilst you were here.

We have airconditioning in our apartments now.

Our apartments are now airconditioned!

Great to know the bed was comfy and we are a great place to stay. Fan needs switch to be on at the wall and then use the remote for light and fan to work. We have taken note of your review and will put a little sign in the rooms so future guests will know that the light switch must be on at the wall for the remote to work. Nice to know our room was comfy. The portable heaters in our rooms are all very safe as they have a safety control switch that will switch off the heater if anything is not safe. The heaters are very adequate to take the chill out of the air. The pool is situated at the front of our building and has a wall and garden between the footpath and the pool area. The entrance is up at the side, so checked in guests are the only people that use our pool.
