This property is very tired and needs makeover asked about rubbish removal or getting something once it runs out and was told no service for the week and take your own rubbish out. Then some backpacker arrived at door wanting to change sheets??? Would not stay here again to old and very Noisy

Great location within easy access to everything we needed. The only downside was caused by inconsiderate tenants who continually allowed security and apartment doors to slam shut whenever accessing the property

Friendly reception staff/manager, clean tidy 1 bedroom apartment. Complex has a great BBQarea separate from the pool area. Pool area is located in a great sunny location

I did not fit my car in the underground car park and had to drive my car to mermaid beach and walk back daily, 15 minute walk. I was promised above ground parking. Not good enough.

Dear Fay, Sorry your stay with us wasn't the best it could of been. There are some things we can change, like the mattress and some things we can not, like the stairs. Next time you book with us please let us know if you would like a lower floor room and if we can we will book you into one. And the mattress all you need to do is let us know and we could of given you a mattress underlay to make it more comfortable for you. We hope you will stay with us again. Kind regards Kellie

Nice and close to everything even though building works were happening across the road it was actually nice and guiet. The room was ok, the bed was comfy, the size of the room was great. It was just old. The flooring is like a vinyl and the bed is on wheels and would move across the room during the night and the bedhead would fall lol. The crockery and cutlery were light on, no bowls and plastic picnic drinking cups. We made contact with reception staff and they rectified it very quickly but it was all a little odd. The staff were lovely.

conctruction site next door. verandah over looked next door property when males gathered for noisy drinking sessions, making us feel insecure and reluctant to sit outside.

Dear David, We are very sorry your stay wasn't enjoyable. We strive for our guests to have the best stay with us they can. Unfortunately some things are out of our control. Because of when you arrived during the week, I personally booked you into a room out the back so you would have less noise from the construction site. Regarding the neighbours we have no authority how they behave in there premises. We are in the heart of Broadbeach, the property's are very close together, there are a lot of young people living in Broadbeach and coming for holidays and yes they can make a noise. We do not allow any parties or overly loud noise from our guests and they would be asked to leave if they behaved that way. We hope you reconsider how you feel about our resort. Kind regards Kellie

Great location short walk to beach, cafes and restaurants. Very quiet. Room had everything you needed. Having an information book in the rooms maybe a list of Cafes and Restaurants in the area would be handy.

The location is very close to the beach which is great. However there is construction across the road and they started early Saturday morning. My room was at the back of the building with a small balcony that faced a high rise car park only metres away. It was noisy and not private as people driving up and down the ramp of the car park looked straight into the apartments. All the pictures on last minute.com showed the apartments with nicer balconies and views giving the false impression that I was buying a better room. The room was dark and not very clean. There were chip crumbs on the couch when I checked in. Disappointed and will not stay here again.

Opening the door to our unit, we found it to smell quite musky, once we turned the air con on and gave the unit a spray of air freshener it was all good. The unit is small, but, it had everything, including a really comfortable bed. The furnishings were much nicer than I was expecting, given the low price we paid. We certainly loved the pool, and made good use of it, to our surprise, no one else seemed to be there when we were. Last thing to add, is that it is a stairs only complex, thankfully we were on the lowest level, which had the least stairs to climb. We would defiantly stay here again, great value for money, in a good location. win..win.

Pleasant check in and check out,room was fine but was at back of building facing nothing, besides the domestic going on in the building I had a great stay, very close to the beach and restaurants,don't expect anything flash very basic but comfortable
