Well I was surprised the bar was amazing and open 24 hours so despite me getting there at midnight it was buzzing. The self check in was difficult but staff were there.to do it old school. "The hotel is approx. 4 miles away from Berlin main railway station which is a 30 minute tram ride. The tram stop is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and the has a a bath with shower over which was quite powerful. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was ok but there was nothing else in the immediate surroundings so limited choice for dining."

Great hotel
"We booked a family suite for 4 days. The hotel was lovely, the lobby is full of art and sculptures and the service at the front desk was good. Our room was so well thought out with plenty of storage and wardrobe spaces perfect for a family. The bedroom had a very generously sized bed which was super comfy and in the living room the sofa bed was a decent size with a well padded mattress unlike other places we have stayed in. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was in good condition with a great shower. We were very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with lots of cafes and other amenities only a few steps away making it ideal for exploring. My kids loved the pool which was also clean. The hallways were all in really good condition. We didn't eat at the hotel as there are so many places to eat on the door step. Overall we highly recommend this hotel based on our experience and would be back. It's been well maintained and most importantly for us was clean. "
