"I was a little disappointed with this Hotel. The staff was wonderful and the lobby was very clean and presentable, but the room itself was lackluster. The shower had a huge crack in it, the door frame around the bathroom had rust on it, and the room itself was just mediocre. There was nothing specifically well designed about the room which you’d expect based on the rest of the hotel. Maybe one or two basic cheap picture frames with print art and that’s it. Additionally house cleaning tried to come in our room to clean before check out time which made us feel rushed. There was a fire alarm at 12am which is no one’s fault but the hotel offered no explanation afterward. Overall it’s just okay, nothing particularly special about the hotel."

"The staff were amazing and so helpful! This particular property has a split indoor/outdoor pool feature that my kids did enjoy. It also has complimentary breakfast and dinner options with an added bonus for adult guests 21 and older (wink). All around, everything was a great first-time experience for me because I had never stayed with this chain before. My room was spacious with gorgeous views. And my room was immaculately clean. Definitely will seek them out wherever I stay from now on"

"The staff were great, especially the friendly man who maintains the great breakfast area. However, we did have some issues. Some outlets in the room didn’t work, the TV system was confusing to use, the hairdryer was melted, not enough towels, no shampoo. All in all, the stay had minor issues and the staff was welcoming and great."

"The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return."

"The room, though small, was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff members were polite. There was plenty of parking. The food options were a few minutes drive away. My only problem was the "hot" water for the shower. I was on the 4th floor; it took several minutes for the water to go from cold to warm. It never got close to hot."
