"Fantastic Value for money as the facilities are amazing at the hotel. Being able to spend a few peaceful hours by the pool and then head into the City for the evening is brilliant. A special mention for Elizabett at reception, so lovely and friendly and happy to help with any enquiry. We were given a room upgrade as it was our Anniversary and this was wonderful, so nice of the staff to recognise this and make the effort. "The hotel is very nice overall. The staff was helpful with info and ordering up taxis for us. My wife raved about the pasta dinner she had. Our only complaint was the size of our bathroom, specifically how small the shower is. "

"I did not realize that this is an air b&b. The room is tiny and the shower is extremely tiny. You have to get out of the shower to turn around and get back into the shower. The breakfast provided is a bunch of pre packaged croissants and some bread. I wouldn't stay here again. The staff, Stefania is very good though."

"This location was much further than it advertised from location I had Google mapped, however, close to public transportation. I found the electric outletsrequired 3 prong transformer. But, another kind traveler said to plug into refrig outlet. That worked. Breakfast was prepackaged sweets or homemade torte and a coffee maker in a shared kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable."

"Hotel Villa Rosa location 💕💕💕is fantastic with Roma Traverse Train station ( 5-8 minutes walk), many many many different buses stands ( 5 minutes walk) you can take to all all all Rome tourist attractions. Can buy buy buy Bus tickets ( 90 minutes passes and 1Day passes) at newspapers stand ( in front of Roma Traverse Train Station), at winery shop and at bakery/ Coffee shop( also opposite of Roma Traverse station but left side across the road. Food outlets and Grocery outlets all just...

"44 bus into Marcello Theatre and historic centre stopped virtually outside. Late night flights may mean a 40 euro taxi journey from Fiumicino airport. 5 min walk to tram stop and other bus routes and about 40 mins on bus to Vatican or Marcello Theatre. Hotel is a converted school and in a mainly residential area so quiet at night. Would say 3 star rather than 4 stars but was good value and staff were polite."
