"Our stay was pleasant, the bungalow was nicely prepared with towels and bed linen. The AC was much needed and glad it was part of our package. The new pool was amazing and food options around (we had a car) was not bad either. What we didn't like is that we had to deal with an ants problem. We broomed tiny left over food bits and sprayed them a couple of times and it was ok - the management could make sure this happens regularly! The entertainment was not great for non toddlers or adults....

"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."

"The property was spacious, clean, and close to many good restaurants and sites of interest. This property occupies a small footprint, with lounge, public restrooms, and workout rooms on the lowest floor beneath the reception. The breakfast area on the 7th floor is exceptional with views of the city and the Vatican close by, and the food was very good. I loved how much thought was put into the design of the rooms for the best possible guest experience. For example - the bathroom had plenty of...

"The staff had the highest level of customer service. The rooms, pool, breakfast, neighborhoods, pick up from the airport and elegant atmosphere made my birthday even more special. I am eternally grateful for all the hard work."
