"Arrived to an apartment with a water leak in toilet. On site manager was vety quock to move us to another apartment so vety happy with that. Good position."

"The house is lovely and spotlessly clean and we'd have no problems returning. However, the room we chose was beside the front door, so as the other guests came and went we'd be disturbed by the front door closing. The Captain's Retreat Apartments will be our choice should we visit the area again, but we would choose a different room."

"Clean, tidy and very comfortable. The place had everything we needed. Complimentary wine and chocolates on arrival, my husband enjoyed the chocolates. Central to all the shops which is very handy. We highly recommend this place."

"Internal setup of the unit was excellent. Kitchenette area was good, as was bathroom. Split system air con excellent. Hot plate terribly slow to heat up. Pillows need replacing with decent ones, currently unusable. Box of tissues would be a nice touch . Parking very tight. "

It feels like a home away from home as Lorien’s attention to detail is second to none - from the cleanliness, the many amazing books, the quality furnishings and towels, to the ample pantry of food she provides.
