We loved the difference of polished cement floors and bench tops, leather seating and supremely comfortable bed. All that a weary traveller needs!! Bedding, towels and apartment - all quality and clean! We would highly recommend this property.

The room itself was amazing, but there are very bright lights in the path down the side of the property. For anyone staying in the barkly room - it's very bright in the room until the early hours of the morning when they switch the lights off.

Right downtown Geelong. Clean with very comfortable bed and comforter. Very small space in the kitchen and very small bathroom sink. Good for one night stay but wouldn’t want to stay there too many nights due to size.

This is a lovely property. There a only a few units and it is very tastefully done. The bed was enormous and so comfortable. We were in a studio room downstairs. It had a full kitchenette and comfortable lounge area. Parking was great around the back of the property. Its a luxury feel. The only thing I needed was a washer/dryer and this unit only has a small laundry sink inside a cupboard which was difficult to access which left me wondering? Its in a great location in Geelong and close to everything you would need. I would definitely recommend this property for a longer term stay and explore the local area.

Excellent property. Small apartment but adequate for 2. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything that you need with a well stocked kitchen. Bathroom was small but adequate. Parking was a bit tight but easy enough. Location is a bit out of town but it’s an easy walk. That being said we really didn’t like Geelong itself as we found it dirty and rundown. Good property but we won’t be back as will never stay in Geelong again.

The ground unit we had was very well appointed with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Property was very clean and quiet. Location was perfect as we could walk to the main street and the pier. It would also be handy during footy season as it's close to Kardinia Park. We also liked that we could come and go and not disturb other guests and onsite parking was very convenient.
