"I always love staying at The Victorian..excellent location, condo was so nice and cozy, parking is great, pools are so nice and clean, i feel safe inside the gates. I will always stay here. Note to the propert management team...the chairs on the balcony would be so much better if they were taller. When you sit on them, the top beam of the handrail totally blocks out the ocean. Not a big deal, but that's one of my favorite things to do. "

"It was a great location and super close to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off before going in. The garage door could use some paint to make the property look more appealing at first look. We ran out of hot water quickly and I had to take a frigid shower. Living room couch was broken and we had to search for a breaker box to fix a flipped breaker to turn on living room light. Not really enough room in the living room for everyone in our party (10 people) to sit together....

"This gorgeous home was even more spacious than we ever imagined. Plenty of room & beds for everyone with room for more if needed. Lots of open living areas for entertaining all of the guests. Our only complaints were not enough pots for cooking and the back bathroom on the left wing was very dirty. The shower & tub need a deep cleaning to remove the mildew. The carpet was also stained but we were not too concerned about that. Overall, the home is amazing! We would definitely stay here again if...

"You absolutely cannot beat the location of this property. It was as described and had pretty much everything you need. The only problem we had was the lockbox to where the key for storage for the grill / other amenities (assuming washer and dryer) we could not get unlocked. Other than that, everything was awesome. Will be looking to stay at this property again."

"This little bungalow was very, very clean. We enjoyed being close to the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants and sight seeing. There were some problems with the HVAC system and the amenities were less than expected. We had to purchase everything down to the salt and pepper for meals. We would recommend anyone from 2 to 4 people to stay and play in this home."

"The house was clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Being right on the beach was wonderful, watching the sunrise and enjoying the peace and quiet. Its a short drive to Galveston for shopping and restaurants. There is also a local grocery that has most of the conveniences and a large selection of items as well as several restaurants. If the property is available the next time we plan to go to Galveston, we will definitely stay here again."

"Property is right on the beach and the staff was very friendly. We didn't see any bugs, the AC worked, and the bed was okay. Those are the pros. The cons... I was disappointed overall. This is not what i expected from a Wingate by Wyndham property. It wasn't the cleanest. The hallways, stairs, and walls were all a little grotty. We only stayed one night and so it was bareable, but i will not be reserving this hotel in the future for our stays in Galveston."
