"Nicest VRBO we have ever booked. Everything you need and more is included. Lush furnishings, pillows, decor, blankets and towels. Loved the included golf cart, bikes, grill and outside fire pit. Beds were a bit firm for us, however we slept well. Tiny kitchen only one adult at a time can fit. Fishing Pier on Fripp island closed."

"We stayed for a week and wished it was longer. The moment you walk up the stairs, see that view of the ocean, and open the doors to the deck, you can’t help but go “ahhhhhh”. The walks on the beach, the deer grazing in the “back yard”, and the sound of the ocean together with a house that just feels warm and welcoming make for a fabulous stay."

"This was our first stay at this home, but we are looking forward to future visits! It is well stocked with all the comforts of home, and the spaces and furnishings were fresh, bright, and welcoming. We loved the location, tucked away from the bustle of Tarpon. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and graciously accommodating. We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend and after 20 years of visiting Fripp, this home has made the list of places that we would love to visit again."

"This was decent for the price and that’s the reason I would recommend it but it comes with a price: (not what we usually choose as far as type of condo). I had to wash the sheets and comforter when we arrived due to lots of hair on them. This was first floor and the people above us got up by 6am and stomped from front to back of their condo, we could even hear them using the bathroom. Way too noisy. We had a nice view of the marsh and deer that came through then another family started fishing...

The amenities inside are great, nice sq footage for friends & family. You do not need the amenity cards, if you only want access to the private pool associated with this complex. No one told us this. If you wish to access the beach clubs, fitness center, stores, restaurants, golf clubs you must purchase the amenity cards & you will be charged an addtional 12.8% tax of your total stay fee. The one thing we will ding this listing on...the property management' response. I asked multiple questions in advance without repeated response, literally had to beg for the amenity card invoice, & the cards were to be in the condo upon arrival, which they were not! No access to the island ammenties until receipt of cards. Also, the wrong dates on our cards amd parking pass. I requested a refund for the 2 days. . Paid for 7days, recieved 5 days. Still no refund. If the Sandcastle management is the owner of this unit, the owner should be aware of the lack of management of this property. That portion was highly disappointing. Ive never experienced such unprofessional behavor from other vrbo listings. We've rented all over the world. Overall the location and condo perfect!"
