"The apartment is situated in a good location - with excellent bus service. However the apt is on a busy road so was a bit noisy with the windows open. With 5 adults we had to be very efficient with the one bathroom. The apt could be better equipped - more mugs for example. the owner was very responsive to the requests we made during our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay."

It would be helpful to have something in writing on the property regarding only 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided as well as the single trash bag- this is common in Switzerland, but not in American VRBO’s. The host clarified this and it was no problem to find more in Charmey. Thomas was an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions we had. The on site managers were lovely, but only speak German, so we...

"Apartment had everything we needed and more. We found public transport v frequent=A1. We found the washing machine a challenge as we could not read German, but we overcame this. All in all the accomodation exceeded any expectations we may have had."

"We had an excellent stay Chez Rosalie. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of fun options for activities. We enjoyed visiting the chocolate factory and taking a lesson on chocolate making, followed by a hike in the mountains where we picked up some fresh local cheese from the farm! My kids also loved the kittens and cats Chez Rosalie - it was a nice bonus for them!"

"The top floor apartment is approx. 1km above Juan on a quiet road. Passing bikes and agricultural vehicles outnumber cars; the only real noise is the lovely chapel bell that chimes at 7, 12 and 19:00hrs each day... and the distant tinkling of cow bells. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. We particularly liked the large open plan main room with kitchen, breakfast area, dining area and living room. Thank you for the warm welcome and a lovely stay."

"Close to the station, easy access to Bern and therefore a lot of train routes for easy travel (if you have the Swiss travel pass). Apartment had utensils needed for cooking which helped save money as food can be expensive in Swizerlabd"
