The hotel was good however my ussue was with house keeping I requested housekeeping 3 days and it was poorly cleaned.the hand soad toilet paper wasnt replenished and no towels was replaced.

There’s no lobby, it’s a desk on the ground floor. The elevator was barely functioning. Breakfast was disappointing especially given the reviews.

Awesome stay, comfortable and safe environment, parking isn’t the best but they make navigation to and from your room simple and convenient. Overall wonderful experience the fam and I loved the stay.

Elevator doesn’t work , not enough towels , didn’t receive housekeeping besides one time and staff didn’t want to give late check out only a house extra which was 12pm

The room was very nice and air conditioning was excellent. Air temperature could get very cold. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful even when I called at 5am for extra towels.

We had a shaky start as the room they gave us, was not ready when we walked into it. But the woman at the front desk was very apologetic and got us another room within about 15 minutes. The room was clean and nice sized for the price. The AC was cold and the property was centrally located to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. I would stay at this location again.

It was very quiet. The beds very comfortable, and I loved the pillows! Staff responded quickly when needed. They do have a broken elevator, would be nice if it was fixed. But there is one usable elevator. I had 3 problems which were repaired. Refridge only froze, didn't refridgerate. Kierug coffmaker was broken. And couldn't use my t.v. controller, but so eone came and rebooted the t.v. and it was fixed! Minor problems fixed quickly.

The room was very comfortable.. our experience was not as favorable because of the amount of noise . There were children running up and down the hallway , loud music blasting and noise throughout the night . When we called the service desk they did not address the concerns at all . Both nights were extremely loud , which was very unfortunate because the bed was very comfortable.

With my IHG status, I’m allowed to check in early and check out later; However, I called the front desk for availability to check in early and was told that they will call back. That never happened. I went in at the regular check in time at 3:00. The front desk had me wait, so she could go and check if a room is available.!! She then had me wait in the breakfast area for 30 minutes. That’s unacceptable!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and it is an absolute gem.The staff were very helpful and friendly. We usually stay at other hotels in the area but this will be our go-to from here on in. The free breakfast every morning is great also.
