This property was everything we needed for our trip to south Florida. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly. Valet was quick and convenient. The room was the perfect size for two and stayed cold in the summer heat. Water pressure was not the best but did the job.

The hotel staff did not accommodate anything. Stayed there for a week and no one cleaned my room, even after requesting twice.

The most worst service! I made a special request for my honeymoon, received confirmation via email, when I arrived at the property nothing had been prepared. The valet park is horrible, the family that works there just stays on the phone and doesn't even offer to get a cart for our bags. The cleaning service, in addition to being scheduled, did not come to my room because someone was missing and I could not be attended to. I asked if I could replenish the water in the lobby and the attendant asked me for 30 minutes as there was no one available. The restaurant cannot include your room charges. The pool has dirt scum. In short, a nightmare that I never want to go through again with this low-level network. there is no care, no gratitude, no care for the customer!

This would easily have been a 5/5 rating except for two things: 1. The WiFi was out for four or five straight days and 2. The service could have been better. They were consistently out of towels. Also, multiple times when we asked for something, it took hours to respond, often not until we prompted them again. Overall, a good trip and we would consider staying again.
