My husband and I were very happy with this place . The rooms were very clean and had a pleasant smell. The staff was friendly. Steve came to greet us and was always available.The area seemed safe. We enjoyed the pool , the water temperature was perfect. We recommend the stay here. We will definitely return. We rate it 10/10 Excellent ! Jeanette and Chris

The room was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for simple meals if we had wanted to cook something. The pool was just outside our room. The area around the pool had chairs and tables as well as a grill.

Nice location. Target and other shopping basically across the street. Owner was very helpful and worked with us to arrange a late check in. The room was very clean and basic. Could’ve used a few more outlets. They use a cleaning product with a strong smell.

Stayed in unit #26. Was like a little apartment to a solo traveller, great. Didn't have a car however was able to walk to beach (around 20 minutes) walk to shopping center (around 5 minutes) along with multiple restaurants. However did cook some meals as the supplies were there after doing a little grocery shopping. Was clean, bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. Everything worked. Great lounging area for reading. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would return if the opportunity came up. Only negative was the noisy air conditioner - but ear plugs helped.

Very happy with the customer service! We arrived quite early after finishing a cruise. After a short wait we were allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated!

We showed up several hours prior to our reservation and they were very accommodating. They let us in the room to put our stuff away and gave us immediate access to 1/2 of the reservation - I am very grateful. The property is well maintained. We stayed to go to an Inter Miami game which was like 7 miles away (20min). Left very early in the morning. Very quiet and convenient.

The office staff was so kind and accommodating! Let us keep our luggage in the office while we waited for our flight later! Room was clean and so cute! Perfect for our girls trip! Ubers are so easily available and the beach is so close! The pool Is so clean and private! The property is gorgeous! Great place to stay!

Beds were very uncomfortable! No Wine/beer for VIP thing. No biggie! . My problem shower never got hot! So if bed is comfy shower works good? The rest of issues are workable! Those 2 were not good! Tried to use grill No gas then after asking for gas the next night grill still inoperable! Loved the room configuration tho..I just didn’t know lay of the land. I do now and know where I will be staying next time. I know it’s a small place but don’t act like it’s inconvenient to help the customers. You are a customer service facility.. I have 500 employees and if 1 is not happy none are happy! Still had a great time in Ft Laudi!!

Sorry you were not happy with your visit! Especially sorry that you feel we didn't care. As you can see from over 90% of our reviews most of the guests are super happy and while we can't make everyone happy we will not stop trying! After checking with the front desk they advised me that you were seen cooking the next night after a new tank was replaced. You being there a week I am surprised you didn't ask for your VIP wine/beer. I don't why you thought it was more convenient to complain rather that ask. We had either missed that you were VIP but it was not done on purpose. At the end of the day you said you had a great time!

Very accommodating! I had to check in late because I was only traveling into area for cervical spine surgery and the staff were so accommodating, understanding and amicable! The suite was very clean, roomy and comfortable! Great stay!

Everything about our stay was comfortable, location was only a 15 mins walk to the beach, a shopping plaza 1 mins walk, lots of restaurants and activities within walking or driving distance. Our room was big and spacious, a quiet area. We would definitely come back and stay at Casitas again.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that had a full kitchen and living room/dining room area. It was located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The pool area was beautiful! The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again!

Thanks for review! The pool is on side and even has 4 rooms by it! The location is across a small street from two of the other buildings less than 50 feet away.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for 3 nights. The location is outstanding as it is a block to a shopping mall and grocery store and a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is safe. There are plenty of good restaurants to walk to. I loved the charming decor and how clean my casita was. The public patio is well maintained and lovely. I highly recommend this gem of a boutique hotel.

This is a small property, you can almost drive up to your door. We stayed 1 night in a small room but it was adequate and the bed was comfortable. There is TV, Internet, fridge and so close to a mall you could walk in 5 min. The owner was very accommodating and friendly and showed us the restaurant across the back alley where we got a good lunch. They also serve breakfast. There is a pool where we hung out for a couple hours. Great stay. Good price and we will probably come again…thanks N& W

Thanks for your review! We are a small 18 room one level hotel. Sorry you found the self check in challenging. Most of our guest enjoy the easy contactless self check in! WE have offered this for many many years with no problems.

I had a great stay. Rooms were clean, it was a quiet area, not too far from downtown. Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again if im ever in Fort Lauderdale
