Close to train station and not far from city center. Very clean hotel, service was superb, and all the details were taken care of. You feel you are in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is excellent too. Probably the best boutique hotel I have been in the last 5 years.

"Excellent location"
We were a bit concerned about the mixed reviews this hotel had, however we loved it. Simple, quirky and comfy. Fantastic location, walking distance from all the major visitor sites. Amazing view from the terrace and the breakfast room, also from our room so we were lucky. Room was good size, clean and the bed was comfortable, a bit tired and dated, but not a problem. Housekeeping team do a great job. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Staff speak good English which is a real bonus as our Italian is just slightly more than nil! They were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Good experience. We would love to return some day.

Hotel was very nice. Very close to the train station and not too far from the center of town, so very convenient. On a quiet street so you feel a bit apart from the all the crowds.

We booked two rooms for our family and stayed two nights in June 2015. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, this hotel was a great choice and we were very comfortable.

"Great hotel"
Loved everything about the hotel, proximity to everything, cleanliness, room size. Extremely luxurious!! With that said some staff made us feel like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay there. Just one incident involved my daughter who is a type 1 diabetic and was having low blood sugar episode- we asked the person behind the bar for a juice- he had to get the bartender- did not come back for 10 minutes- in the meantime i ran next store to get a soda and she was halfway done by the time bartender came. Then he gave me a lecture for sitting there with a drink. I tried to explain but he kept interrupting and telling me it was not appropriate what I did. I said I would order something else and he turned his back on me. My daughter refused to have drinks there after this. Sad because everything else was great.

"Gorgeous hotel right next to Ponte Vecchio!"
I would definitely stay here again. The concierge gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants. They were friendly and the room overlooking the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio was superb! Memorable stay :)

"Great hotel and in center of town"
Firenze Nine is a great hotel with an excellent staff. It's within walking distance of all the major attractions and is off a quiet street. We didn't feel we were in the middle of the city at all. Breakfast is included and it's very good. If you are driving, make sure you use their car meeting option since its not easy to find as its one way and off a side street. We would definitely stay at the hotel again. Highly recommended!
