Lovely hotel
Everything was good. Love the architecture. Staffs are amazing. But, the heater and water pipes make noise. The room is a little small. The location is a little far from tourist’s spots.

Amazing Birthday Stay
From the moment we arrived to the hotel the service was amazing. The staff was more than helpful. The location is perfect and walking distance for all of the shopping we planned to do. Our suite was beautiful. We appreciate the minor details and arrangements they made to help us enjoy my birthday. We will definitely be back!

You will feel like the Medici when you stay here. The service, food, and decor are impeccable. I can't wait to stay here again. This might be the only place I will now stay in Florence.

We were not pleased to late checking in. We were very tired but they keep delaying for check in. We were not informed about the key to gym when checking in. Couldnt go to the gym in the morning

This is a very oppulent, luxurious hotel. It was sited within walking distance of all the main sites, the bedroom was clean and generous. We had the services of a really lovely butler named Elena who was friendly, helpful and exemplified perfect service. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Much to recommend

We were in higher end room with a butler we did not request. Room was large and gorgeous decorated in classic Tuscan motif. Wonderful view of river. Walking distance to almost everything. Worth the money

Excellent decor and fantastic immersion into the florentine experience. Definitely does what it says on the tin. Good location and allows to explore both sides of the river - the more touristy centric storico with the duomo and uffizi and the quaint oltrarno on the other side. There are several charming antique shops around the hotel and it’s minutes away from the mainstream boutiques. Hotel has gorgeous common areas dotted with antiques and has a relaxing spa , butler service and generally friendly staff. They do try and accommodate most of your requests. The concierge are very good although I found some of their recommendations are more mainstream. The hotel could do with including more green spaces and also needs some updating to include more modern conveniences whilst maintaining its grand florentine style eg iPod docks , iPads , Netflix compatible TVs and walk in wet showers and larger tubs . It does not disappoint the st Regis brand and would happily return again . Thank you.

The property was beautiful, the service with concierge as well at the lobby bar and restaurant was horrible. It honestly took over 20 mins from the time you’re este sited to the time someone came to get the order . The staff was dry and honestly not that helpful. The prices were extremely high , I understand it’s a st. Regis but they were outrageously high. I don’t recommend doing any tours with the hotel , we were being charged triple for just the driver. It’s a shame such a high standard hotel has such bad service , I won’t be staying there again.

Fantastic hotel, great location, fabulous service
This is the premier hotel in Florence. After staying at other properties in prior visits to Florence, this is by far the best service and experience. The river view and proximity to the best restaurants and shopping is fantastic. The staff is meticulous with details and friendly upon every request. We left feeling like the slightly higher price was far outweighed by the great value.

It’s the st Regis in Florence - I’m not sure more needs to be said. The hotel is spectacular, the room was a mini apartment, spacious cozy and more. One would have to look hard to find things to criticize.

Stayed here while on business. Hotel is pricey but what you get is an experience. Bedroom was like an art gallery, view of the Duomo and space, space, space. Outstanding food, public space and staff. On a charming square opposite the Westin and on the Arno. If you have the green spend it here...

Just can't say enough good things visit. The St. Regis Firenze is just top notch all the way around --- location, comfort, cleanliness, guest experience, staff helpfulness -- I could go on. Because we visit regularly, it feels like our home, or should I say palace? Not to be missed.
