Clean but still had some bugs around the kitchenette area. Probably normal around this time of the year since we are surrounded by lots of trees.

We had a good stay but we were disappointed the waterpark was closed. There was no notification that it was closed Mon to Thurs and the guy at checkin never told us

Fun place for families
Everything at the resort was great. The waterpark was an additional cost which we did not realize until we arrived. The room was great. Only negative was the above neighbors were unbelievably load all night long so sleeping was difficult.

I have stayed here before and had a wonderful experience. This time it was dirty and hard to get and help. The room was dirty upon our arrival. It had a bag of trash from the previous renter. The guest bath tub was filthy and was stopped up. I called the front desk and asked for someone to take care of the issues. It took them 4 calls and two days to help me.

It was safe but was not convenient of location the elevator didn’t work so had to walk down stairs have a bad knee and the room was full of flys and bug’s literally had to cover up food .

Air not working in extreme heat
The air conditioning went out during our stay, the weather was over 100 degrees. We had to wait 8 hours for the air to get fixed. This caused us to miss scheduled activities. We had to spend another $200 to stay an additional night so our kids could complete the activities we committed to.

The customer service was awesome! They allowed adequate time for us to stay before checking out. The key card/wristlet was so convenient. The time was a little slow for receiving assistance with a maintenence issue and getting towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This is our 2nd time visiting this location. First time we had a great experience. The 2nd time we were expecting the same but we were met at our room with bags of dirty laundry at our door. The front desk took care of our issue quickly and our family had an awesome stay.

Hot Tub NO hot water… everything else was ok
This is an amazing property (simply majestic) but one of the biggest reason for selecting this hotel was for the hot tub. In this case the hot tub would have been amazing if there was hot water.

Our unit was OK. When I wiped the floor it was very brown, so obviously it is not mopped very frequently. There were bugs and cobwebs all over the doors. The blower (we heard the guy daily working) just does not remove the cobwebs from the doors. Our daughter's unit had several bugs inside the unit. They were on the lowest level. We were on the top level. The staff was extremely pleasant and efficient whenever we had trouble accessing the pools with our gate cards, etc. The pool areas were nice. The kids (ages 10-6) were not that enthusiastic about the water park and they preferred the pools over the water park.

We had so many cobwebs outside the door and multiple bugs in the room. The bathroom door as not clean. Staff at check in were super friendly. But property was tired.

I arrived to check in 30 minutes after the quoted time. Once checked in I was told that it would be 20 mins before my room was finished. It took over 40 minutes to get a call from the automated system. The resort staff did make up for my melted ice and ice cream I had brought since I had to wait on my room. But when we arrived to the room, the room looked dirty. There were lots of Cobb webs on the ceiling. The unit was 78 degrees. The refrigerator barely kept anything cold and nothing got better through the night. The a/c went to 74 in the middle of the night while we slept. Upon checking out I did speak to the front desk staff about the issues and they seemed very willing to make it right and compensate for my displeasure. All in all not worth the nightly price when check in is so late and check out is so early. We didn’t get to utilize any activities on property if you stay, make sure you stay a few nights so you can experience the amenities

Overall it was a very pleasent family friendly property. Loved the kitchen, it had everything you need, layout of the room was perfect and grill was just foot steps from our room. It was clean, but I will just suggest that carpet needs an upgrade. Will stay there again. Service was great!

Water park is not open on Monday and Tuesday. Did not say that on Orbitz. Check in is at 4. Didn’t get into our room until 7:40. Room has a terrible odor. Windows were left open. Apparently they smelled it also.
