"Rooms decorated like little cabins with a theme to each room. One of our rooms was the Bear room and the other was the Fishing room. The hotel is next to a “marsh” area so birds are chirping in the am and tree frogs at night. Although the motel is next to the main road, there is not much traffic. Beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Location is private, and its feels like you're a thousand miles from anywhere but town is 5 minutes away. Precut and organized fire wood made making a campfire a breeze. Hosts seemed to want to make sure you have everything you may need. Amazing place!"

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Francis House! The house housed 8 comfortably with plenty of interesting rooms for the kids (and adults) to explore, a great yard, and stocked firepit. The location couldn't have been better, minutes from downtown Ontonagon, right down the street from groceries/gas, and smack dab in the middle of all the hiking, beaches, and waterfalls you could ask for."

"We had a great time! The house was lovely! We’d have loved some more storage (there weren’t any hangers or shelves/dressers. We also would have loved a pantry space to put our food for the week.
