Kindness goes a long way, wish we'd gotten some.
"Check in was sketchy after the front desk attendant yelled, "I'll be there in a minute." in a very grumpy tone. We then waited for 10 minutes. I asked for a restaurant recommendation and she said, "here", referring to their onsite restaurant that now closed in 15 minutes. Once at the restaurant, ..."
