"Overall, we liked everything about the greenbank. The staff was wonderful and the dining room and patios overlooking the harbor were gorgeous. Just keeping mine it's an older hotel so it comes with some of the quirks of an older building. I don't think our room had any ventilation, other than a fan. And the after noon the west facing window got hot and stuffy. You could crack the window about 4" but that was it.."

"Very pleasant stay. We arrived very late in the evening but our key was available form the bar. Very easy. Good sized room - quiet and not overlooked. Didn't have time to go to the gym or pool but looked good. Excellent breakfast with enough choice to suit most tastes. Minor issue that the carpark isaway from the main building so suggest drive to front door to deposit cases etc and then go and park car in car park (lots of space). Grounds seemed well maintained too."

"Great hotel and good location nice to see little touches of excellence. we stayed visiting friends and it was great to be able to entertain them there. Nice restaurant and very up to date rooms and facilities. My one overriding slightly negative comment was how 'impersonal' it felt. The electronic booking -in was more akin to bar code shopping at waitrose (and didnt work.. we needed staff to help, both booking in, and out) and the breakfast process was slick but slightly impersonal.
