Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. But it still was a little tricky trying to find the hotel from the rail stop. Im really, really grateful for the front desk for letting me pay an late checkout fee because my plane was at 9pm.
