Our room needs new mattress. You can look at it and see the sag in the middle. Other than that the room was fine. It’s a shame there isn’t more dining options available. Only one National restaurant available. We’ll drive further north to find a more suitable hotel and more dining options.

This hotel is in a good location, right off the highway. The breakfast was sufficient, and the check in was easy. Overall the hotel is decent, but the bathrooms in the rooms need to be kept cleaner.

One of the cleaner and nicer roadside hotels in this stretch of I-95. (Emporia). The only thing is it appears to be on a major truck access road, and some of the rooms are very close to that road, making them somewhat noisy. No other issues or concerns. Would stay here again.

The hotel did not have an elevator, I was put in a king size room that was filthy. The carpet smelled like urine and my pant legs as I walked from the bed to the bathroom. Luckily I had taken off my socks. I had to put my clothes in a garbage bad they smelt so bad. I told the office when I checked out about the room and nothing was done about it.I will not stay in a Best Western again.

This hotel room sucked! At check in When I noticed that it was a smoking room I asked if we could move rooms. I was told that because I booked online I was not able to change. It was late, there were other rooms available. The room was not listed as a smoking room online. The room smelled! The AC unit had leaked. I could only stay a few hours before I had to leave.

This was hands down the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in some time. It was poorly cleaned in more ways than I could document. Clientele the night we stayed was very loud and obnoxious deep into the night and somehow the smell of everything they were smoking outside made it's way straight into our room. Mattress had a large depression in the middle. Breakfast only served until 9:00 AM and was instantly gone after that. Sort of hard to get up for early breakfast when you get awakened in the middle of the night by rowdy neighbors or the crappy mattress. Spend a few more dollars and you might find a place you can sleep and get something to eat.
