"This property is currently under renovation. I stayed for several days for a new position in the area. The hotel has wonderful updated rooms. Everything is clean! The only suggestion is, I hope they will eventually encase the beds. I was able to easily walk to the gas ststaion and fast food locations nearby. I parked right in front of my room. I will definetly be back when I am in town. "

It was a cute place and had everything u needed to get away. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the Blackstone, fire pit and hot tub! Absolutely loved the location! School house was very comfortable!"

"I highly recommend visiting Brown County, Indiana. This cabin was nestled in the trees with a private lake and game house where rambunctious children could play corn holes and darts. It was quiet except for the birds, which were lovely. The house is cozy, and the surrounding natural land allows children to explore freely. We traveled many hours to arrive at the after-hours check-in. It would have been nice to be able to check in early as we were tired from the drive, but we waited, with everyone...

The owner notified us that mosquitoes had become a problem but they had the grounds professionally sprayed. We brought a couple of foggers and had no problems with the pests. Only one small quibble, there is no view of the pond from the house— otherwise perfect!"

"Echo Manor was perfect for our football weekend. The family area is very open with lots of seating. Lovely outdoor patio, grills, fire pit. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms looked newly redone. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were new. Our host was available to answer any questions. Great location near IU. Would definitely return to Echo Manor."
