I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out. Outdoor patio was a huge bonus, which I appreciated as a lovely space to sit and get some work done on the laptop. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it."

"Great and quiet location. Easy access to public transportation. The place is clean, communication with manager is easy and prompt. I'd suggest a little more warmth to the home, such as rugs, mirrors, plants as well as more hangers and benches in the bedrooms so we can place clothes and miscellaneous stuff at an easy reach! Also, the description says there's a futon couch in the living room, but actually it is just a sectional couch with unremovable cushions, which isn't perfect for comfort....

"When we first got to property I wasn’t too sure if we were in the right place. We arrived late at night and it took some time to find the side path to the studio, but once we found it and went in it was just as the pictures show, so cute and cozy and the owner let us an apple pie which was an amazing surprise. I was there to pick up my daughter from her first year at CAL and it was close to her dorm. I will definitely be staying there again when we move her back I the fall."
