"We loved this property- it was perfect! Parking was so easy, even with their ramp being under construction we could still park in a ramp connecting to the hotel via skyway. Coincidentally, we were across the street from all of the dining and restaurants we wanted to explore making everything so walkable and convenient! We loved our stay in Rochester and this hotel was the perfect place! Very clean, quiet, safe, water available for purchase at the hotel desk which was great!"

"The hotel was very Beautiful and very clean. It was beautifully decorated. The staff were all super helpful and courteous. The only complaint I have is that the bed was hard as a rock.
