"We had every thing we needed! Very private and our two golden retrievers had a great time too! The pontoon was a wonderful bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed the boat rides around the huge lake! Steven was very responsive when we had any questions too. The sunsets were spectacular and paddle boarding at dusk on a glasslike lake was the best! Thank you! Our host asked for suggestions so we had a couple. An anchor on the pontoon, and maybe clearing cobwebs just before check in would be nice....

"Cottage is just as described . I had a very comfortable stay at the cottage . Very quiet cute neighborhood. Relaxed at the home and did some trail hiking close by. Checked out local shops in town and bars for music . I was here when ice was still on the lakes but this would be a great summer place to stay for the lake activities I’m sure . I would recommend to reserve for the full weekend stay including all day Sunday so you are not in a rush to leave early Sunday checkout . Enjoyed my stay...

"Spent weekend there with my best friend and his two seven year old daughters. We were even able to bring our dogs along. Property was well stocked with all the things we needed (not food, obviously). We had a great time just hanging out and fishing off the dock. Only drawback was water was too mucky to swim on that side of the lake the weekend we went."

"We enjoyed our stay in this property very much. We loved the location, which is very close to Alexandria and to a wonderful nature trail. The house is right on the lake, so the views were amazing from all three decks! We did notify the owners that the two twin beds on the top floor needed new mattresses, so hopefully that will be addressed. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"This was a beautiful lakefront property that was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Very quiet and peaceful every day through the weekend that we stayed. The water in the lake is beautiful and clear. Grocery stores are within a 20 minute drive into town. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing vacation on the lake!"

"My sister’s and I had a fabulous weekend at this quaint cozy cabin. The homeowner was easy to work with and very responsive. We enjoyed all the boutiques, restaurants, Carlos Creek Winery and walking trails. We would definitely go back!"

"Lake Latoya is a wonderful lake. So clean. We enjoyed using the large yard to run energy out of our 3 year old grand daughter. Cabin had everything we needed in the kitchen for utensils. As stated in the description you need to bring all of you kitchen groceries, all the way down to salt and pepper. 😁 Would go back again in a heart beat! "We had a wonderful stay at Abbey's cabin on Lake Ida! The check-in process was great with no key needed. The cabin was super clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable after a long day on the lake. The enclosed sun room was fun at night playing games and chatting with family. We can't wait to come back here next year and would highly recommend this cabin."

"We surprise our kids every Christmas with a cabin trip in the summer. This cabin was beautifully decorated, and it had everything we could possibly need while we stayed there. There were so many fun areas for our entire family to enjoy…relaxing and eating out on the huge deck, every evening we enjoyed the bonfire area, our granddaughters loved the kid playhouse, everyone loved the sandy beach area, lots of floaties, paddle board, paddle boat, and kayaks. "My family was in town for a wedding and this place was a great home away from home. Had everything we needed and the views are amazing. Did not have time to utilyze the lake but when sitting on the dock could see the water is vert clear and inviting. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Very quiet area and very peaceful."
