"As an American, this was such a unique experience. The riad was absolutely beautiful. I was continually in awe. Though there is so mich history, it was modern in the way it needed to be modern. "This was very friendly riad. Manager is super helpful, after checkin he tells you little about Fez and Medina. He can provide you a tour guide if you want. He printed me boarding pass for my flight because you need paper one and not on app. He can get you shuttle service. Only downside it was cold in the room."
