Comfortable hotel but it sure would be nice to have a box of kleenex, maybe a terry robe for after shower. Serviceable but could use items mentioned.

The restaurant and food were excellent.
Rooms lacked a decent sitting chair, other than that lots of effort made by the hotel to ensure the small space was functional.
I would definitely stay again.

These were the most basic rooms you've ever seen. Only two towels provided, no safe, fridge, AC wasn't working. At the price point, you are paying luxury prices for a motel experience. The windows don't open "for your convenience". Very friendly staff and a place to sleep, if needed, but that's it.

The hotel was nice and comfortable and in a great location. I had a room overlooking the main road where i was constantly woken through the night from people leaving the bar and sirens. I would stay there again, just request a room on the back side.

We stayed at the Ibis Centre South Bridge for 6 nights. It is conveniently located, close to the Royal Mile and High Street. We were able to walk everyplace we wanted to go. There are lots of places to eat all around. The room was ok. There was a light over the desk that would not work most of the time. The staff tried to fix it, but it seemed to be and intermittent problem that they could not resolve. Also, there was only one chair at the desk and no other place to sit except on the bed. With two people, it's a little inconvenient. I would still recommend the hotel.

This is a newer, clean hotel with excellent staff and right on the Royal Mile. Everyone was very helpful with giving us directions, etc. The breakfast buffet provided a huge selection.

This hotel is in a great location. Neighborhood around it was dirty and noisy. The hotel could use some updating. The bathroom was the size of being on a cruise ship. Only provided 1 towel per person. Most of the front desk staff was friendly but a few were rude. Would not stay here again.

Great location. Room was clean, but on the small side. Interesting bathroom, but was clean and worked fine. Staff was helpful. They stored bags for me until I could check in. There was a restaurant and bar. It looked ok, but I neither ate nor drank there, too many options near by. The lobby was pretty drab. The entrance was almost unnoticeable. Good value considering the location

Our room was very small & had no working bathroom vent. The entire space turned into a sauna with every shower & there appears to be mold on the ceiling. The hotel in general was great, my daughter’s room was great, the staff was very friendly & helpful, but room 425 has issues.
My wife and i arrived before check-in at 3pm, however we offered safe storage of our bags and use of the facilities so we could freely walkabout in Edinburgh. Front desk and restaurant staff were very accommodating.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was small and the quality of the bathroom was what would be called “the head” on a small boat. This was completely a no frills hotel for a price that was too high for what was offered. The online listing was misleading. Exceptionally disappointed!!

First time staying at this hotel chain. It felt sort of like a dorm room, the bathroom was cool but weird. Sort of like a fancy airplane bathroom...hard to explain, but it was fine. Suited the purpose. Functioanl, clean. Would stay again

It was nice having a restaurant in the hotel. Our room was not the greatest. They gave us a handicap room which I did not ask for. When I went downstairs to tell them they said it was ok they had other handicap rooms available and did not offer to change our room. No carpet in the room, very cold room, and the sink in the bathroom was so low it hurt your back to bend over to use it. Was not happy with this room.

The staff were friendly & accommodating. The room was basic but it offered teas etc & a hairdryer. We were on the 9th floor & was still kept awake by the loud music.

im disabled and travelling on my own. the staff couldnt have been any nicer. i use a walker and doors were held over for me. so delighted with the a meals and restfull time

A 10 minute walk from Waverly Station and convenient for all attractions, most within walking distance. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms with toiletries, kettle and hospitality tray.
