"It was a great stay, the cabin/house was really nice and modern. It's even bigger and better than the pictures show. Finished garage/game room was awesome and got a lot of use. "The Kimball house has everything that is needed for a memorable get-away. We booked the house because of the accessibility with the ramp and first floor bedroom/bathroom. "Lake Augusta cabins are a wonderful retreat perfectly situated. An hour from Minneapolis period period we stayed 3 different times this summer. Each time we've had more wonderful experiences and met new friends. Max It is an outstanding host! "Very unique and beautiful house! We caught fish from the dock. Had campfire every night. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. The steps down to the lake were quite a few but well worth it. Could use some solar lights on steps to guide the way after dark. I highly recommend staying here."

"We had a great time! The lake was beautiful and the house location is perfect for sitting on the dock to watch the sunset. We rented a jet ski from the owners and they delivered/ picked up right at the dock! The convenience was amazing. We were there to enjoy the water. Tubing, wakeboarding, jet ski, fishing! There was a school of sunfish living under the dock so the kids loved feeding them crumbs and watching them in the water. Also I must add that the house felt much bigger than the pictures...

"The pictures do not do this place justice. We had a magical stay here on the lake. The view is absolutely stunning and there are windows everywhere you look. We used the kayaks and paddleboard as much as we could. There’s corn hole and other games and tons of outside seating to enjoy the view. Kids were occupied either fishing from the dock, enjoying the water, or playing in the game room. From the house you can see a nice sunrise and sunset and even see the reflection of the moon on the water....

"Overall: This property did exactly what it was meant to do- allow us to relax and enjoy eachothers company for a week! Cons of our stay though- The water is not swimmable, we had to travel to a near by lake to actually go swimming. The house did not include a table, so it was hard to play our card games. The kitchen included a breakfast bar with stools for eating meals but not great for playing games. The week that we stayed was the hottest of the year... no ones fault, just ended up that way....
