"One thing I wish could have been different was the breakfast. I wish it was more like a continental breakfast and not like a Starbucks. "I had a conference at a nearby hotel. When I compared prices, I thought Embassy was a much better deal. My husband tagged along to the conference for fun, so having a suite was much more comfortable for two people for a 5-night stay. Breakfast was amazing--cooked to order omelets, fresh fruit, eggs, hash browns, breakfast meats. Plus, they did free drinks every night from 5-6:30. The bar area was nice so it didn't feel cheap and boring--it felt like a normal nice hotel bar. We had amazing fish...
