"Excellent location right on water. Easy access to our boat. Beautiful kitchen fully furnished with new appliances. Lovely furnishings beds were so comfortable high end linens. We had 2-6 yr old granddaughters and 2-10 yr old grandsons and there parents. Plenty of inside and outside room. "

"We booked this home to celebrate our friend's Birthday. This home accommodated 9 of us perfectly. Our host Brant was very helpful and always responded right away if I had any questions. We needed extra towels and he had them delivered within minutes. Amazing! We loved the location and layout of the home. We had an absolute blast hanging out on the back porch and getting to chat with all of the passer byers and neighbors. I would highly recommend this home."

"This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. What separates it from the rest is a PRIVATE boat launch area on to the Colorado River. The water was around 85 degrees in late September. Take all your water toys with because you will be there from dawn to dusk. If there were more than 5 stars I'd have given this home. Thanks"

"Super awesome house, super clean, nice neighborhood. Great, responsive host. The only things were there was no bbq, which we had planned on using. We weren't told ahead of time that it was broken. Couldn't get hot water in the master shower. 8th person had to sleep on the couch... there were only enough bed space for 7. "
