"Good location "

"The older hotel is clean with very friendly and helpful staff. It is a dog friendly hotel, guests were mindful to keep them on a leash. The room was spacious and the kitchenette stocked with dishes and flatware for 4. A variety of cookware and an induction cooktop. Several cooking utensils and one chef knife. We missed a can opener - with Safeway and Dollar Tree just over a block away - we were able to buy one. It was convenient to make meals and late night snacks for growing, always hungry kids. The hotel is close to the London Bridge and beaches without being in the business and noise of many tourists - a plus with kids to recharge in a quiet setting. The pool area was clean. Breakfast had some muffins, bagels, and a pancake maker - all the typical American cereals, juice and coffee with cold boiled eggs and yogurt in the fridge. Overall a great choice for boaters and jetski’s as the parking lot has some pull through parking options specifically for vehicles with trailers."

"First off..The Front Desk staff was exceptional! This is a party hotel, and you can tell some hard partying has gone on. This hotel is just a little dated and needs a little TLC/updating. I had a beautiful room overlooking the water, but several curtains were broken or missing, or did not slide shut or open. There was some dry, sticky raisins under the bathroom sink that got stuck on the bottom of my shoe. Should’ve been cleaned by the cleaning staff prior to my arrival. There aren’t really many amenities here. I had a fully stocked mini bar that I did not use, so if you like that, that’s a I had a fully stocked mini bar that I did not use, so if you like that, that’s an option. There’s a bar, and an outside patio. But other than that, it seems like you would either be on a boat, in your room or not at the hotel."

"The property is great if you plan staying outside. The pool and beach areas are nice. The staff is super nice (there was one staff member who was rude but I don’t hold that against the rest of the staff). The bars have yummy cocktails. The rooms are rundown and smell like mildew. Housekeeping only comes if requested. "

"They were in the process of remodeling the property our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only issue we had was our neighbors were drinking all night and very noisy til 3am and they were friends of the owner of the property so my complaints went unheard so my wife got very little sleep each night . And they didn't offer to change our room."
