"The staff was marvelous and took excellent care of us. They accommodated an early check in request- we had arrived on a red eye flight and were exhausted. "The JW is always beautiful. Located close to all the great restaurants, shopping and monuments. I had a gorgeous room with beautiful corner rooms. The only thing that could be improved was the coffee machine in the room. With all the options for single serve coffee makers, the ones at the JW are uncharacteristically low budget, considering the price and quality of the establishment. "
