"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Parkview. We were in the area for our son's college graduation, and the hotel was conveniently located. We also saw a show at Syracuse Stage, and we were able to walk there from the hotel. The hotel is old but renovated. Lobby was beautiful. Room was very clean and spacious; bed was comfortable. The only problems we had were that the a/c unit was too loud (not broken, just way to noisy), and the noise we heard every time someone in the room above us...

"Excellent location and beautiful hotel. It was my 60th birthday and upon arrival, the person checking me in asked if there was any special that brought us to Syracuse. I said my birthday celebration. When we returned back at the hotel in the evening there was a charcuterie board, bottle of wine on ice with two wine classes. It was a wonderful surprise and delicious! Very classy Marriott. "
