"Great hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel/room were clean. This hotel is in the Old Market district. You can walk anywhere from here. We had a great time walking the streets, visiting all of the shops, and stopping by the local restaurants and bars. Omaha really surprised us and we had a great time here in the city and the hotel."

"Room was good! Air worked great! The lady that checked us in was AWESOME!! Very helpful and very knowledgeable!!! Great personality!!! There was a sock that belonged to the previous guest left by the night stand on the floor. I didn’t see it until I checked out! Disappointing!!!"

"For the most part, our stay was enjoyable. It was a bit loud at night and I was very unhappy with the parking situation. You pay 15$ a day to park, and hope there is a spot available to park in. Not good business!"

"Check in was a breeze. Friendly staff, told us about free parking spots in front of hotel. Room was updated and clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Waterpark was perfect for small children and families. Steps away from Charles Schwab Stadium. Would staff here again. "

"The property looked nothing like the crisp, clean photos on Expedia or their website. The parking lot was dark and we encountered panhandlers each night. The night desk person seemed confused or was poorly trained. She ended up charging our card 11 times for our stay which thankfully came off automatically days later. Our key cards had to be CONTINUOUSLY recharged to work. The elevator was not working and the stairs we were to use were in a terrible state of disrepair as they “remodeled” The...
