"The address provided was incorrect it took 2 hours before we were contacted and shown to the unit by a very pleasant young lady. The unit was very shabby to say the least. AC was locked and could not be changed. We moved out the following morning even though we had paid for 4 or 5 nights it was that bad"

Then on the check-in day when we called to enquire which unit we need to check-in they told us that unit is not available and hence we need to go to another building all together. "The Chelsea Hotel is great value for the dollar. It is well situated in downtown Toronto. I went to a show at the Ed Mirvish Theatre which was about a 7-minute walk down Yonge St. I also had a nice dinner in the "Elm Street" restaurant before the show. I informed the server that I was on a timeline and they obliged with fast and friendly service. "

"It was a great hotel in a great quiet location. This is random but my husband and I loved the pillows and meant to asked the front desk the brand so I could buy some but totally forgot when leaving due to an early flight. Would recommend. Only complaint(if I had to name anything) is that I wish the light switch for the bathroom was in the actual bathroom. Because it was outside, the bright light would wake me up when my husband got up in the middle of the night. Otherwise.... amazing!!! If I ever go back to Toronto, I would stay there again!"
