Beautiful room and bathroom were clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of shopping/restaurants nearby and walking distance to the harbour front. Had a view of Citadel Hill too which is also in walking distance. Excellent overall and would stay again if in the city. "

"After reading the comments here, we were prepared for everything. But there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Of course, it's not a 5-star-hotel, but it was more than OK for a stay for one night before catching the next flight. The room was clean, comfortable, the WiFi worked fine, and Chinese staff was friendly. The bus stop for airport bus no. 320 is some 10-minutes-walk away as is the promenade. The price at the time we booked was not bad. Would stay again."

"Very nice hotel in the middle of downtown Halifax. Staff very friendly. Everything here was so clean. The room was extremely spacious (as Residence Inns are) and this one was cleaner than some that I have seen in other cities. Great breakfast was provided. The parking was gone by the time we arrived at 8:00 p.m., so we parked three blocks away in the public garage and it only cost $12. The exercise was good for us. By the way, there are big hills to climb if that is an issue. We had drinks...
