"The Omni is in a great location. They seem short staffed, but the staff working all were very friendly. The rooms were not very clean, but the bed was very comfortable. For the price paid, I would expect a bit more from a hotel."

"Staff were amazing, from greetings in the morning to the cleaning staff being very helpful and accommodating. Good overall experience and would definitely book here again. Only compliant was that in my particular room, the shower looked to have been repaired as there was a crack in the sidewall that were covered in clear caulk, why not white to hide it? The shower door was also not aligned properly so it did not close all the way, damaging the mating piece."

"Overall a good option, especially for families. The lobby is on the 6th floor, pool on the 19th. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location and good dining options within walking distance (Doc B’s across the street, pizzeria uno around the corner). We needed more blankets and it took over an hour when we called, plus we didn’t get housekeeping as scheduled but not a big deal on either. Overall I’d recommend the hotel. "Hotel was great, staff very friendly and helpful, but parking was a nightmare. We had 2 vehicles and were in and out of the parking garage several times. Every time we left or came back there was some issue that kept one of us from either entering or exiting. Staff was excellent in trying to resolve the issue, but we lost lots of time trying to straighten it out. "
