"The pool is tiny. Rooms were nice and spacious. AC was out on the first floor. They brought in a portable AC but it wasn’t much cooler than outside so the lovey and breakfast area were very stuffy. Staff was nice, front desk was constantly on the phone helping people every time we came up. They could definitely use a separate person to handle the phones. It is downtown, but a bit off the beaten path. I wouldn’t walk far at night. Valet parking is as great. Bed and pillows were a bit firm and housekeeping barged in to my kids room at 9am without knocking then abruptly left. I would stay here again, but there was room for improvement."
