"This hotel is one my family and I would usually book, however it has absolutely gone down hill fast. There is absolutely NO dining area on premises, zero ice machines, rust and mold in the rooms, and no coffee makers in any rooms. We had to go off property just to even get a meal or snack. Oh and housekeeping is done ONLY after you check out. So needless to say, we WON'T be staying here again."

We did not use any of the amenities like the workout room or the pool, we were in the parks most of the time during our stay. The only problem we had was one morning around 7:30 AM. Someone from the staff opened our door while we were still in bed which was a little frightening and put us on edge the rest of our visit. I called the front desk and they said they don’t have any record of anyone...

"We had a great time and had plenty of space for our large group ! We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard pond as well! We would definitely choose this again. The only negative was that some of the carpet and outdoor furniture just need a little refresh and more shower towels would have been great ! Otherwise totally perfect."

"Very nice home with enclosed pool on the lake. We had some issues at check in with alarm code and owner was quick to offer help. We messaged owner about the in home temperature and thermostat not working but did not hear back through vrbo messaging, so we delt with it being 80-83 degrees inside the home. "Very nice and helpful staff. Better rates than used to be. Very clean and well placed for any of the Orlando visits like Disney, sea world, MGM etc. close by food and other shopping. We loved the security on the gate and always there to greet you. Parking is exceptional. This used to be noisy years ango but now it’s a really quiet hotel. Overall 10/10!"
