Immediately upon check in, the place smelled of weed. It carried on into my room and was less noticable at times. The room needs a deep cleaning. The floor was dirty, under the heat unit was gross. The jetted tub faucet was leaking, but it was still usable and enjoyable. Noise: neighbors were up until 4, I could hear them playing music and talking with each other and most likely smoking weed as the smell was strong. Bed was comfy. Couch looked gross. I wanted to like this place, but I would not come back. I really liked the tub. The biggest issues to me are noise and the weed smell. Apparently the "no smoking" rule is just for show. The place needs more attention to cleanliness.

i will say i enjoyed the late check out, but our room was dirty from whoever was before us. there was trash around the room & things just werent cleaned down properly. ppl screaming past 11-12, honestly wasnt sure if it was something to be concerned over or if people were partying.. it was just weird vibes all around?

Room smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom sink was tiny and at an angle, causing items to slide off. My blow drier and curling iron kept falling out of the outlets in the bathroom.

Security lock was broken off the door hinge. Hot tub was old and needed cleaning. Switched rooms because if lock. New room was worse! Bed was not only dirty but BROKEN! Loud and sinking in the middle! Worst sleep of my LIFE! Checked out before 9am will never recommend or return to the property 0/10 do NOT RECOMMEND

The bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean. The bathroom was not clean and had very dirty corners on the floor near the shower which quite possibly could have been mold. The towels were clean and the toiletries were fine but overall it made me regret my decision to go with the more reasonable hotel. The walls were paper thin. You could hear everything in all the adjacent rooms. You could also hear our rooms toilet running. I put on white noise to drown out the sounds. I will say that the rooms were very big and had a full desk and kitchen and I do believe they were cleaned however the quality of the walls/paint and trim/moldings are in such disrepair that it doesn’t matter how you clean a room if the work to fix the room is a bad job or not renovated at all. It was half the price of some of the other nearby hotels though so I still feel like it was a good value since we were there a hockey tournament and I needed to save money. I was not concerned for the safety of my daughter and myself. It seemed to be family friendly. I imagine in the summer it’s very nice because it looked like there was a fun pool in the center courtyard. It was

You can tell they’ve been doing renovations, which is good. I feel I paid way too much for the hot tub room. There were 2 mini fridges, one was extremely gross on the inside and didn’t work and the other one didn’t work. The hot tub was dirty, had lots of hair in it, was chipped in several places and cracked. Every time the toilet was flushed it over flowed.
