"Presented well overall, however, the hairdryer is very dated and overheated after a few minutes of use and the extractor fan in the downstairs bathroom was extremely loud. "Very good location being no more than 10 minutes walk from Taupo town centre and the lakefront. Nice modern building and being on lakeside 2nd story we had great views of Lake Taupo and the Mountains. Very quiet rooms with virtually no noise from other rooms/guests or road. (Quest was fully booked and we heard virtually nothing from around our room) Facilities for cooking, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer all great. Only negatives....pillows were awful (we went & bought a couple...
