"It was always clean, inside, rooms were clean. The outside area was clean, had a water tap plus a huge water container to rinse your feet off after being in the ocean and sand, so it wasn’t all over the pool or tracked inside the hotel or rooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend. "

"The property is incredible, the pictures of the interior are exactly as shown and the beautiful beach is literally steps away. The area is extremely convenient with shops, grocery, and restaurants close by. The restaurants are a little more expensive on this area but very convenient for your stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and the staff at the facility were very helpful. We stayed as a family of 8 with 2 small children and had more than enough space and privacy for everyone."

"The beauty of this little holiday home is the location. It is literally 5 minutes walk from the centre of Holetown which includes the Beach Club, Massys Supermarket, the Chattel Village and numerous eateries. The accommodation itself is basic although, in fairness, I think this is reflected in the price. Having said that, it was clean and comfortable and the communication between the host and ourselves was prompt and effective without being intrusive."

"We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - it really is a home away from home. Communication with the property owners and the property manager were very good. We had a smooth check in and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is brilliant - a large supermarket is a few minutes walk away, as well as some local restaurants and bars.
